A. Please check if products are in good condition when you signed glass. If there have some damage , Please taking details photo for us. When we confirmed your complain , we shall be shipping new glass in next order to you .

B. When received glass and found glass can’t be match with your design draft . Contact me in first time. When confirmed your complains , we shall be shipping new glass to you immediate.

C. If found heavy quality problem and we haven’t deal with in time , you can make complaint to ALIBABA.COM or make phone to our local  Bureau of quality supervision for 86-12315.

1. What’s your advantage?

2. Can I get samples?

We usually provide existing sample for free. But a little sample charge for customer designs. Sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity.  We usually send samples by FEDEX,DHL, UPS or TNT. If you have carrier account, it will be fine to ship with your account, if not, you can pay the freight charge to our account, we will ship with our account.

3. How long is the sample lead time?

For existing samples, it takes 3~4 days. If you want your own designs, it will take 7~10days, subject to the difficulty of your designs. Anyway we will response fast to your request.

4. What’s your MOQ? 

Usually our MOQ is 1000 pcs, but we can accept lower quantity for your trial order. Please feel easy to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost reasonably ,hoping you can place lager orders after checking quality of our products and knowing our service.

5. How long is the mass production lead time?

It will take 10~25 work days for the products you select, We have large production capacity ,which can ensure fast delivery time even for lager quantity.
