 Tempered glass is a type of glass with evenly distributed compressive stresses on the surface which is made by heating float glass to nearly softening point and then cooling it down rapidly by air. During the instant cooling process, the glass exterior is solidified due to rapid cooling while the interior of glass is cooled down relatively slowly. This process will improve the glass exterlor compressive stress and interior temsile stress resistance which can improve the overall mechanical strength of glass by gemination and result in good thermal stability.

2. Folding high strength : Tempered glass of the same thickness is 3~5 times the ompact strength of ordinary glass, bending strength is 3~5 times of ordinary glass.

3. Folded thermal stability : Tempered glass has good thermal stability, can withstand the temperature difference of ordinary glass is 3 times, can withstand the temperature difference of 200℃.
